How it works
Small groups, big impact
Intimate groups of 10–12 women meet monthly for structured, meaningful conversations. Not generic networking events.
10–12 women per group, carefully curated to foster deeper and varied conversations across different industries and backgrounds.
Scheduled once for the next 10–12 months at a time. Each meeting is 3 hours long, giving space for real connection.
Each member takes a turn preparing and leading a personal presentation for the group.
The host shares her personal journey, career path, and a professional challenge she’s facing. The group then comes together to help solve it.

Started in Atlanta in September 2024, IWB is expanding to new cities, bringing the same intimate, empowering format to women expats worldwide.
